Shipping policy

We currently deliver to addresses in England, Scotland and Wales. We do not deliver to Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands or the Isle of Man.

 

Order Handling Time:

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1-3 business days with an order cut-off time of 4pm (UK time).

 

Transit Time:

Standard shipping usually takes 7 to 15 business days for delivery to the United Kingdom after dispatch for orders to reach your doorstep.

 

Shipping Cost:

Our standard shipping rate for  the United Kingdom is £2.95.

Orders up to £135:

For orders with a goods value of £135 or less, no import VAT or customs duty is charged at the UK border. The amount shown at checkout is the amount you pay — there is nothing further to pay on delivery.

Import charges for orders above £135:

For orders with a goods value above £135, UK import VAT (currently 20%) and, depending on product category, customs duty may apply. These charges are collected by the delivery carrier on behalf of HMRC and are payable by you as the recipient before delivery.
